Prior to joining Cavender & Hill Properties in 1996, he was Director of Marketing and Senior Vice President at The Powell Companies in San Antonio. There, he oversaw the marketing and leasing of a commercial portfolio of over 1.5 million square feet of Industrial, Office, and Retail space. During his career, Charlie has consummated commercial transactions valued in excess of $150 million representing over 14 million square feet of space.

	Career Summary Mr. Carroll recently joined Cavender & Hill Properties after four very successful years with Grubb & Ellis Company (as a result of a merger with Aequus Real Estate Services, a prominent local commercial real estate firm) where he was a Senior Vice President. At Aequus, he served as Director of Marketing for the Industrial Division where he oversaw the leasing and marketing efforts for a portfolio of over 4.7 million square feet of industrial properties. Other responsibilities included the selection of general contractors and oversight of architectural and drafting services. Joe has been a commercial real estate professional since 1981 and has closed or leased well in excess of $200 million in real estate revenues involving over 400 transactions. Mr. Conger joined C&H in 2007 as a specialist in leasing, acquisition & disposition of commercial and industrial properties. Hunter services the San Antonio area as well as the surrounding submarkets as far north as Schertz and Boerne. Mrs. Nielsen joined Cavender & Hill Properties in September 2007 to oversee the management operations of over 4.5 million square feet in Texas. She has over 20 years of experience in commercial property management; including three years directing the management operations at the Washington Mutual Regional Operations Center - a 500,000 square foot campus on 15 acres located in north central San Antonio.

Her management assignments have successfully served such clients as St. Paul, Trammell Crow, Principal Financial Group, A&B Properties, Inc., and IBC Bank. She has also served as a project manager supervising projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.

Kathy is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and holds a Texas Real Estate Sales License.

Career Summary
Roland joined Cavender & Hill in August of 1998 as Controller. He was formerly employed with Security Capital Group from 1991 to 1998 where he served as a Regional Controller for the Multi-Family Residential division. His responsibilities included overseeing financial statement preparation and accounts payable with a department of more than 30 accounting personnel. Roland is responsible for the management of all accounting and human resource functions at Cavender & Hill.
